Dietary Mission Statement: The purpose of the Dietary Department is to provide high quality, nourishing, and attractive meals, which meet the nutritional needs of the patients in the facility while following therapeutic diets as prescribed by the physician. All Dietary services will take place in a safe and sanitary environment. Services offered: Nutrition consultations focusing on current medical nutrition therapy Prepared meals for patients and staff.
